Not sure if this is normal or not but it seems like alot of food to eat in one sitting. As much as I tried I cannot eat the entire plate of food. Seems that I have been eating the correct amount, but of the wrong things. I'll try again tomorrow and I'm doing more planning.
Breakfast - 1 hardboiled egg , 4 dried dates, water
Lunch - Ground beef in Italian gravy over roasted butternut squash, water
Snack - Raisins and almonds, water.
Dinner - Chicken breast poached in seasoned chicken broth with carrots, snap peas and a mix of broccoli, cabbage and carrot slaw, water.

Tomorrow is the day!
I've totally immersed myself into the mindset of Paleo this past week. Checking different prices at different stores, even ebay and amazon for some of the dry goods. Trader Joe's seems like a great place for the natural meats. Ocean State Job Lot seems a little pricey for the dry goods such as coconut flour, etc but I'm a comparison shopper and will get myself into the loop of shopping at the right place for the right things. I have many ebooks on my tablet about Paleo so anytime I feel down or reluctant I have many resources to run to.
It's funny, because for the past few days I haven't had any pastas or white carbs, and I don't even miss it. I'll be saying my prayers each night to give me the stamina to do this. I have to do this. My life depends on it. Amen,
